Our commitments
NID verification before first job
Every specialist's National ID is manually reviewed by our trust & safety team. No verification, no jobs. The verified badge appears on profiles only after a real human approves.
Escrowed payments
Your payment is held in escrow from booking until the job is confirmed complete. If something goes wrong, the refund is automatic — not a fight.
Real reviews only
Reviews can only be left after a job is marked complete. They're public, unedited, and never paid for. Specialists can respond to reviews but can't delete them.
Report bad actors
Tap the flag icon on any review or job to alert our team. Severe reports — harassment, theft, safety threats — are reviewed within 24h. Repeat offenders are removed.
Tips for customers
- •Read the specialist's profile, reviews, and completed-job count before booking.
- •Use Kaajly chat for all communication so we have a record if a dispute arises.
- •Pay through the platform — never in cash or via direct mobile transfer. Escrow protects you.
- •Take a few quick photos before the work starts so you can verify the result later.
- •Mark the job complete only when you're satisfied. The 48-hour window after that gives you time to review.
Tips for specialists
- •Confirm the job address and details with the customer before travelling.
- •Wear or carry visible Kaajly identification (badge or branded apron).
- •Take progress photos at key milestones — they protect both you and the customer.
- •Never accept payment outside the platform, even if asked. It removes the escrow protection.
- •Report aggressive customers immediately. We back specialists who follow the rules.

For immediate threats to your safety, call the Bangladesh Police helpline (999) first. Once you're safe, report what happened to Kaajly support so we can act on the account.
