1. Who we are
Kaajly is a marketplace that connects customers in Bangladesh with verified local specialists and shops. By using the site or app, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Kaajly.
- You're responsible for keeping your phone number, email, and password safe. We'll never ask for your password.
- You can hold any combination of roles — customer, specialist, shop owner — under a single account.
3. Bookings and payments
- When you book a specialist, you're entering a direct agreement with them. Kaajly is the platform, not the service provider.
- Customer payments are held in escrow until the work is confirmed complete, then released to the specialist.
- Kaajly takes a 10% platform fee from each completed booking. The estimate you see at booking time is what you pay.
- Shop orders are paid on delivery (COD) at MVP. Online payment via bKash / Nagad / card lands in Phase 8.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a booking any time before the specialist marks it "in progress." If a job goes wrong, both parties can open a dispute and we'll mediate based on the timeline and progress photos.
5. What you can't do
- Bypass Kaajly to settle payments outside the platform.
- Post fake reviews, abuse other users, or run scams.
- Scrape data, run bots against the site, or attempt to break our rate limits and fraud detection.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, receive repeated low-rating reviews, or fail the NID verification step. You can close your own account at any time from your account.
7. Liability
Kaajly is provided "as is." We do our best to verify specialists and shop owners, but you're ultimately responsible for evaluating who you work with. Our liability is limited to refunding the escrow held for a specific booking.
8. Changes
We'll post updates to these terms on this page and notify active users via in-app notification. Continued use after a material change counts as acceptance.
